Wool rug koalas

At last - some new wool rug koalas!

Its been such a long time since I have made these guys.

Their faces are free motion sewn and they are all one of a kind!

A quick catch up ..

The last few weeks have been a bit of a blur - with one of our daughters needing surgery, and working on some new dolls for the shop. Also, I was asked to work on an exciting project that will be seen in the New Year.

The koala's above, have gone to a shop in Melbourne. The last photo is of some tin cans I covered in fabrics from my stash, for our little ones new desk!xx

Working on ::

I've been working on some new floral brooches - which have alot of stitches. 

Trying to pick out the details in faded fabrics.

Also using some felted wool rugs for a bit of a different look.

They are alot of fun to make, but really clog my machine up with fluff!

The bottom pick is of a shop order for neckpieces and also brooches.x
