Trying something new here with the free motion sewing!

Faces sewn into clutch bags. 

Some are made from felted wool rug for a different look entirely.

There are a few in the shop now, 

and hoping to make more soon!xx

Eye See You

Recently I had a go at carving my own stamp.

As I have been increasingly interested in faces over the last few years

(which would shock my school art student self) I decided to carve an eye.

Originally it was intended for stamping envelopes/packages that I send off.

But I then decided to have a go at printing on fabric.

I printed the eyes onto some beautiful linen and have now turned them into limited edition pouches. Mixed with some vintage fabrics and some black and white patterns, they will make something a bit different as a stocking or a stocking filler this Christmas!
