Koala Station

Just when its the school holidays, and time to relax (!)
there are lots of koala's to be made!

Smaller eyes this time and slightly thicker lashes.

These ones have just popped off to Reverse Garbage in Brisbane.

As well as some brooches and wool rug purses.

And now, onto these -

for a new shop opening in Melbourne soon.

Fishies - from the cutting out, of the legs, of the koala's!!

And the bain of my life this week - long faux fur, for the ears.
I love how the longer fur looks, on the koala ears -
but to cut and sew - its not sew easy!xx

love your Koalas Jennie!
And fur is so hard to cut and sew, used to make teddy bears...
Very exciting time for you.

Love your new koalas! Lovely cousins for our Mildred :)
Ooooo, I love the fishies too, are you going to make something with them?
I can imagine what a nightmare the faux fur is to cut and sew, I bet it leaves a HUGE mess, but it looks so good as koala ears.

They are all so wonderful Jennie! I really like the eyes smaller on the koalas - it makes them look even cuter! Lovely that we have all this rain... it's like the universe wants us to stay inside and do our crafting on the holidays! :) Kx

I love your koalas. The fur frustration is worth it. That long fur looks fantastic. Lovely colours too. Always delighted to see what you have made. Cx
