These are my op shop finds for the last week. I was particularly pleased with the buttons in shades of green/duck egg blue - as these are my favourite colours!
NZ wool rugs - the purple one is huge! Doilies and a tablecloth.
Another jug (i have a few) - 50c , and a lovely shaped plate - 40c.
Some cross stitch and embroidery. Most of these buttons are from the Salvation Army. $2 for about 10. The bigger ones i picked up at Salvage (a vintage textile store).

I had more time this week, (without children) as I was on Juror Duty. And the one where i found the buttons doesn't usually have ANY buttons! Apparently they have only just recently had time to sort them out!
Oh Heavens - my heart skipped a beat when I saw those buttons! Simply can't comment any further as I am pea-green with envy. Good thing i don't know where you live! Only kidding - fabo finds - and nice pics of them too!

Oh what beautiful finds, I love that colour too! It seems I am always drawn to particular colours. I am so loving that jug and all those buttons!

oh what treats ! everything!! the buttons, the purple blanket (Drool)!!, the jug and most of all for me the doilies. im in love with doilies, so many precious hands with these doilies on their laps, sewing pictures to delight, Im sure they never thought how far they would travel in the end. I love to make things from weel made nana items, and I can see you do too, great to meet fellow nz bloggers.
