My Creative Space

Well, its their creative space really!
The girls painted  some mugs for dad's tea with ceramic paint. (he's been warned not to look on here!)

Then, because he is always on about wanting a huge mug - I found one that is just enormous!
They painted one side each.

You can see the difference here, compared to the normal size mug. Its really heavy. Hope he can cope with it, once it has tea inside it!

We baked the mugs in the oven for half an hour, and they are now top drawer dishwasher safe apparently! Once cooled, we emptied 3 bags of jaffas into the big mug. Its still not full up tho! (It needs to be wrapped up before any more disappear)!

Go see lots more Creative Spaces over at Kirsty's!

Fantastic! What a mug!

Punky painted a mug for Father's Day last year, I borrowed it last night for my tea actually, and because of the way she piled the paint on the top it is actually quite difficult/dangerous/painful to drink out of lol, but hey... it's CUTE. ;)

That's a very cool idea, shame my hubby doesn't drink hot drinks as I would love our girl to make him one.
