I've been working on a few different things this week. I've just finished these custom brother and sister dolls.
Also two little bunnies, produced in double quick time (didn't have time to stitch the faces, so painted them instead). For Miss E to take for the school easter raffle.

You know you just gave me a brilliant idea... I could make my 3 kinds matching dolls... using their clothes... in my mind it looks wonderful but there is no way I could pull it off like you do hehe... You rock!!

Love it all, but those brother/sister dolls are just fabulous! What a great idea :) K
The sister’s dress is rather fabulous. I'd like one of those for my wardrobe!
Nice Bunnies! I love your op shop finds from the other day.... gorgeous!!
Love the bunnies ♥ (and everything else ;)!)
The brother and sister worked out fabulously well! Loving those bunnies - can I ask what paint you use? Oh my gosh that giveaway is gorgeous!

Thank you so much for all the positive comments!!
Polka Dot Daze - I use fabric paint, you can get from Spotlight or craft stores. I set the paint by baking in the oven for 5 minutes on 150c. Its a very low heat, and much easier than ironing for 5 mins!
Love the knee high socks/boots on the sister doll - very cute!
What a great idea to use 'loved' clothes to make a doll. Looks like it's been a busy week... great that you were able to get the quick-time bunnies made for your girl.
what a great idea for the easter raffle. better than more chocolate. love the b&s dolls
Lovely work! Those bunnies are too cute! :D
the faces on your brother and sister doll are so realistic. i'm sure the future 'owners' are going to be so happy with them.
Love your fabric choices, especially the light blue fabric. And what an inspired idea to use vintage tea towels!
