These are my finds for the last couple of weeks. I found this teensy pretend handbag at our local op shop. There were two others very similar to this. But we only got this one, to see if it was a suitable size for the dolls.
It is perfect on this doll. We went back to get the other two , but they had gone of course!
I also found this wooden lamp base. I'm hoping to get a suitable shade and cover it with my all time fav vintage fabric(thats it behind the lamp).
Some cute embroidery and fabric.
Vintage brooches.
And this fab necklace. I'm not sure if its going to be for a doll or me yet!
A big thank you to Kelly for sending me some lovely embroideries and to Sarah for all the gorgeous vintage buttons - thank you so much you guys!

How perfect is the little handbag! Sorry you missed out on the others..I LOVE the fabric for your lamp shade, the lamp is going to be stunning! Everything else is gorgeous, the little bow brooches remind me of hair clips I used to have when I was little, only to be worn on very special occassions...
what fabulous items! love the lamp base and that purse is adorable, perfect for your little lady. : )
I've never seen such a tiny little handbag with such amazing detail. What a find and perfect for your doll. Love all your treasures this week - you've done really well.
oh wow that handbag IS teeny tiny! you did very well!
super combo, the wooden lamp stand (it is divine) against the vintage fabric (to die for)... and you dolls rock! wow.
I love that green necklace! beautiful. Handbag is super cute too
oh how perfectly CUTE! i love all your find :)
You have the most amazing op shops in your area Jennie! Wonderful finds and your vintage fabric fav is just divine :) Kx
So many great finds! I love the wooden lamp stand! :)
xo,
Jana
The lamp and fabric are a beautiful match. Make sure you post a photo of the finished lamp and shade!
Really lovely poppy embroidery top right. Would you consider posting a tutorial of how to cover a lampshade? I have 2 which I'd looooove to cover, they have a smaller top and larger bottom so can't quite work out how to make them :)
I love the wooden lamp base too. I'm sure you will find a lampshade in an op shop. I see lots of them in my local place. Good luck!
That fabric will look sensational as a lampshade! You found lots of lovely stuff this week - must be fun "accessorizing" your dolls - you are a doll stylist really!
What yummy, yummy finds! That little wee handbag is brilliant and looks so lovely slung over your little madams shoulder. Hope you have a super week :)
I love that lamp - lots and lots of potential loveliness there!
I'm a bit of a fan of that lamp, nice one!
the handbag looks absolutely perfect on the doll ...and how annoying to go back and the others were gone.
My Flea Market Find
At least you got the best of the tiny handbags. Maybe you can figure out how to copy it for the other dolls.
I also find the green necklace most attractive.
