Eye bags!

These clutches have been in my mind for quite a while now.
They are free motion quilted eye bags!
The zippers are pulled with tear drop beads on ribbon.
And they are lined with a  beautiful eye print cotton.
Available over here now!xx

Word clutches

These clutches are a little different from the last ones, they are all free motion sewn with either a word or a hashtag on the front. So many stitches were used to quilt around the words and on the back. They are finished off with beaded ties on the zipper.
A great stocking stuffer or travel pouch! In store now over on Etsy!xx

Faces

Trying something new here with the free motion sewing!
Faces sewn into clutch bags.
Some are made from felted wool rug for a different look entirely.
There are a few in the shop now,
and hoping to make more soon!xx

Mollie Makes cover!

Back in October I was asked to make a bow clutch for Mollie Makes magazine's 50th anniversary cover! Out now in the UK and online, you can order it in to your local newsagents if they don't get them regularly or are a few months behind.
There is a tutorial in the mag to make this little clutch!
I hand stamped the polka dots and dyed some pink and white fabric to get the orange and pink candy stripes. I also added my own little extra on the back of this one, with some free motion sewn words to personalize it for Mollie Makes!xx

Upcycled Clutch Tute :: Mollie Makes

Super pleased to have been asked by Mollie Makes magazine
to do a tutorial on my upcycled clutch bags.
Here I have used a vintage table cloth, positioning the flap to make a feature
of the vintage button and the lining is made from
Curlypops Go Granny fabric! {adore that fabric!}
Out now in the UK, or available digitally elsewhere.
Will be available in print here in Australia, in a couple of weeks!xx
