I thought I'd share this finished at last girl with you this week,
as I'm having to have a break and take it easy (after a couple of minor
operations/stitches in my face and arm ... I'm not used to this sort of stitching aargh!)
The original idea for this girl, came from a costume I wore in a school play many years ago.
A group of us who were flowers, wore huge petals around our heads
and performed a dance. But the thing I remember most, is that just before
we went on stage - my fingers were slammed in the hinge of a door! Good timing that.
Anyway, Miss Petunia doesn't have any fingers to worry about that happening!
She'll be at the Reverse Garbage exhibition
'Salvage Garden' in Brisbane opening May 12th.x
