I've just finished these faces in My Creative Space.
The boy on the left is painted on tea dyed calico,
the girl on the right is painted on a linen mix freckley fabric,
and the one in the front is on a darker brown cotton.
These are going to be added to my doll sale that is on at the moment.
(when they're all sewn up of course!)
I'm hoping to use some of this vintage curtain,
thats drying on the line for one of the dolls.
And I've finished this cardy for the little one.
She loves purple and orange - she chose the trim!
Made from some op shopped jumpers, the purple one is part mohair - so soft!
Its held together with a vintage press stud -
we are yet to decide if theres going to be a button added for effect.
(she sooooo loves it - yay!)
More creative spaces over here. xx

Wow, the cardy is so good! And the faces, wow!!
Yes, start a ripple crochet blanket!! It's easy once you get the hang of it. It took me several try's to get it started and you do need to be very focused at the beginning as I learn the hard way.
I followed this tutorial http://attic24.typepad.com/weblog/neat-ripple-pattern.html
Have fun!
