... for a little someone's birthday this week!
Miss G's last birthday was overshadowed somewhat with family problems, which wasn't very fair.
This year is different. We can breath, we can relax, we can celebrate! She has made some lovely friends in the short time we have been here. So we are going to have a party - yay!!
This is my first time having a go at making some bunting! Inspiration from the beautiful banner here.
Also finishing off a couple of little gifts for some special people.
So - I was going to try and not go over the top with Miss G's doll ...
but I think she would prefer it if I did!
(ps. there's a post on the girls easter hat parade over at Five Years Between, and an interview on the local news with our other Miss!)

That's brilliant you're all settling in.
Happy Birthday, little G. The bunting looks very luscious!
And I'm loving the ribbon tag and that purple floral fabric.
I'm so happy to hear all is good in your world Ms and that a big happy celebration is being prepared for. Wishing you only happy times in your new home.
Everything looks luscious!
I can't want to see Miss G's finished doll. She will love it.
I also want make some bunting as my big girls turning 5 soon, but may run out of time (and I am in HK with no sewing machine - aahhhhhhhh, I am having withdrawals already)
Happy Birthday to Miss G too!
