...we had an early morning call to say that friends had forgotten to send out invitations for a birthday party - thats on tomorrow! I already had a doll face painted, so just had to find some nice blues for her. (the birthday girls fav colour)
...we had a lovely package arrive from Cinti, of some gorgeous vintage fabric! Thank you - loving these colours/textures!!
...and a haircut that was made very uncomfortable when the hairdresser tried to get the comb through. (**check for dried food in hair, even when you've just washed it the night before!)
See what else is going on over at Lou's today.x
Another gorgeous doll Jen, and your daughter is sooo like you, beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteA very cute post
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet face, justlook at that expression, not impressed by the stuck comb! The birthday girl is sure to be thrilled, lovely doll!
ReplyDeleteLOL! That face at the hairdressers is a classic! Lucky you had time to make a quick doll - you must be super practiced now to get them done so quickly. Hope you have fun at the party. Lou.
ReplyDeleteThat face tells the story. I once cut the knots out of the back of my daughter's curly hair before going to a Hi-5 concert because it and she were so unmanageable.
ReplyDeleteI am always ashamed to take Cappers to the hairdresser... knot city!! Look at that sad little face! x
ReplyDeleteAwww what cute faces ... two gorgeous dolls ;)
ReplyDeleteLove . love . love your dolls !
